• Scout gives John Millikin or Mary Aring-Martin all counselor-initialed prerequisite sheets and
• Scout gives John Millikin or Mary Aring-Martin the "Ockanickon Scout Reservation Eagle Department Prerequisite Form" (see  http://members.cox.net/bsa680/Eagle-Department-2006.pdf ) filled out with
• Page 1:  Scout name, Troop number
• Page 2:  Prerequisites for your son noted

• See Page 4 for Emergency Preparedness checklist
• John and Mary give them to Wade so he can sign the cover sheets and turn in full packets Sunday night as required
• Mr. Harvey, Scoutmaster, signs each Ockanickon cover sheet, one per Scout. That cover sheet is attached to the prerequisite sheets for your son.
• Mr. Harvey turns in all paperwork on Sunday at Ockanickon Scout Reservation.
• The Scout must get merit badge counselor initials on the individual prerequisite sheets; hopefully (not guaranteed) many/most counselors can attend the Tuesday June 20, 2006 summer camp final preparation meeting at 6:30 p.m.  That would be the final opportunity for most Scouts to have a merit badge counselor sign off for prerequisites.

Be sure to print and review the merit badge file (previously sent) with your son to verify the merit badges he has chosen.
