process, and the annual troop planning meeting in particular

Our Troop 680 annual planning meeting
is scheduled for Saturday August 13, 2005

There were several handouts related
to various troop activities

30 Units had rechartered as of 4/13/05;
that is about half of the units

Program launch for Colonial District
is May 11 at the Roundtable meeting. "Program Launch" provides resources,
activites and calendar information for the coming year to eighteen months.
For example, the district camporees will be listed so troops can note and
plan for these activities.

A worksheet for Colonial district long
term summer camp programs was distributed by Scott Hammell; it listed many
of the summer camps attended during 2004.

Speech Contest
-
Voices of our youth, sponsored by NCAC.
Savings bonds offered for top Cub Scout, Boy Scout/Venturer and Explorer
for first place ($500 bond), second place ($250 bond) and third place ($100
bond), i.e., nine prizes.
